This reflection goes over a thorough analysis of we can train our mind to avoid negative energy and progress towards greater well being. The blog focuses a lot on effects and how to treat such effects of negative energy. It also addresses some lifestyle changes that can be used for the betterment on one’s personality.

However I feel like most of the negative energy can be treated with one simple solution. That is to align your body with nature. Late night working to avoid stress letter only causes many other side effects. Having the body function according to nature allows for growth and stability of a person. The positive energy will being invibed in the person. It is about maintaining a mental state.

Every time I travel, it happens with a sense of ease. Each trip is done with no regrets. Every decision made during the trip only taught me something and gave me a certain experience in life. Negative energy is something that should be fought from the root cause to see impactful results. The major problem stems from no alignment with nature.
